I grew up in Burton-upon-Trent. When you grow up in the brewing capital, smelling the mash and hops every day you can't help but want to get involved. So after working for a large brewery in many different roles in Burton, Birmingham and Tadcaster I started home-brewing. Now I've built a nano-brewery in the garage and enjoy making all styles of beer. Fancy a pint?
Focusing on hop-forward pale beers but not forgetting the dark beers with a twist. From lush, mouth coating fruity New England IPA (NEIPA) and clean crisp bitter aromatic West Coast IPAs influenced by the modern American style to porter and stout with a twist. Don't forgetting the occasional lager of course, perfect for a summer's day.
